Maintenance Prescription Renewal
We would like to remind you to bring all medications with you when
you visit our office. This will prevent delays in prescription
renewals.
Patients can call our prescription line at 315-449-1511. Messages
are checked periodically throughout the day Monday through
Friday. Be sure to give us as much information as possible,
including the following:
- Name and daytime phone number
- Medication, dose and frequency
- Pharmacy name and phone number
Check with your pharmacy after 5:00 p.m. on the day of your
request. Please allow 3 business days for prescriptions that need
to be mailed.
