The staff of CNY Internists will make every
effort to simplify all billing and insurance claim procedures. We
participate in many insurance plans. Please see list below for a
list of insurance plans we currently participate with.
When you register at CNY Internists you will be asked to provide us
with information regarding your health insurance. In most cases
we will file a claim to your insurance company on your
behalf. If we are contracted with your plan, we will do the
appropriate follow-up on your claim.
We request and appreciate payment at the time of service for that
portion for which you are responsible (e.g. co-pays, deductibles or the
entire fee). We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and American
Express.
On subsequent visits to our offices, you will need to inform our
staff of any changes in your address or insurance information. You
can also call our billing office with these changes.
Your questions about billing are important to us. We encourage you
to call our Billing Office at 315-449-4028. Our phones are
answered Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
